Our leases are 12 months in length, generally from May to April of each year.

​We accept certified service animals and emotional support animals. Documentation and up-to-date vet records must be supplied to the management team with your application.

​We offer availability for both furnished and unfurnished units.

​We're only a 10-minute walk from Queen's University.

​We provide underground parking for an additional fee. Please contact our office for pricing.

​Residents are responsible for utilities, such as gas, water, and electricity within their unit. Bell Fibre internet is included in the monthly rent amount.

​Foundry Mack is purpose-built student community for students at Queen’s University, St. Lawrence College, and Royal Military College. If you are not a student, we do not recommend living with us.

Yes, tenant insurance is required and coverage is automatically provided to you through Apollo Insurance, via your lease agreement.
